Now What?

This is my first stitching finish!
Red House In Winter
Little House Needleworks
Bing Cherry + DMC

But what do I do with it now? I know it needs to be finished.
I know I want it to be an ornament. That's all.
I think I'm going to put it in a drawer until I figure it out.

Greg participated in his first triathlon yesterday. It's the small one-1/4 mile ocean swim, 13 mile bike and a 3 mile run. He knew the hard part for him would be the run and it was. During the swim he saw several small fins! I didn't get to go watch because I had a conflict but he's signed up for another one in July. Maybe I'll make that one. I'm really proud of him!

Happy Stitches!

Red House is adorable. Good job!

Congrats to your husband. I haven't had the courage to do a tri. I'm sticking with the 5Ks for now.

I really like the LHN ornaments , but they finish big so I'm not sure I want to do them. I think the stitching on yours is fabulous!! Kuddos to Greg. I can't run because of a medical condition, but I probably wouldn't if I could! LOL.

You have such a decision to make! There are so many finishing choices. Don't leave it in the drawer too long...I'm excited to see what you do with it!

YAY!! Your first stitching finish turned out beautifully, Jackie. Some advice--don't toss it in a drawer. Try to finish it as soon as possible. I have far too many things that I've put away saying "I'll finish that later" that YEARS later are still unfinished. That is why I'm trying to keep up with my ornament finishing as I stitch them this year.

Great news that your DH finished the triathalon. My husband would love doing the biking and running parts, but not the swimming!

Woohoo! Congrats on the finish.

Kudos to your husband on the triathalon. My brother does them all the time. I'm just happy to not collapse into the hedges when walking uphill. ROFLOL
